Add Service Object

Explanation

This activity allows you to add a Service Object from a user-defined list. This is the fastest way to enter customer information and create a Return Material Line. A Service Object represents a specific item owned by a customer that can be serviced or repaired. By entering the serial number, the list will narrow down to the specific service object. You can also refine the search using the customer's name.

Based on the unique identifier of the Service Object, the Customer, Contact, and Location information will be automatically populated. Additionally, the Service Object, Part, and Model will be included in the Return Material Lines. You can add multiple Service Objects to the Return Material Lines using the Search Service Object list, provided they are all from the same customer.
