Use this activity to designate the Service Organization as the Repair Organization. When you select a Service Organization as the Repair Organization while creating an RMA, it will inherit relevant Access Groups.
A Service Organization should be defined in Service Management>Organizational Basic Data>Service Organization>Service Organization.
As a result of this activity, a Repair/Service Organization is connected to the newly created Repair RMA.
