Use this activity to add notes related to the Unit. Before starting a repair, technicians may want to review the notes attached to RMA or service object records. The Notes tab will show a list of notes for this repair unit. Technicians can select the Show Associated Notes checkbox and select Apply to view notes about the Service Object.
