Add New Contact
Explanation
This activity allows you to add a contact person to an RMA. Contacts can
be added using one of the following options:
- Customer Contacts: Select from existing contact records linked to
the customer.
- Customer Communication Method: Choose contacts based on predefined
communication methods.
- New: Manually create a new contact if it doesn't already exist in
the system.
Prerequisites
- A Customer should be defined in Application Base
Setup>Enterprise>Customer>Customers.
- Existing Customer Contacts and Communication Methods should be
maintained (if selecting from existing options).
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a New Contact is added to the New Repair RMA.
