Add Customer

Explanation

Use this activity to input customer information for creating a new Repair RMA (Return Material Authorization). This is particularly useful if the Service Object is unknown. Once you select the customer, the default contact information from the customer record will automatically populate the contact and the return handling address.

Prerequisites

A Customer should be defined in Application Base Setup>Enterprise>Customer>Customers.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a Customer is added to the New Repair RMA.
