View Opportunity Score

Explanation

This activity allows you to view the prediction score for a certain business opportunity. Opportunity score is the likelihood of closing a business opportunity successfully. The machine learning model is trained to predict the score value by analyzing previously won and lost opportunities. Higher scores indicate a higher chance of conversion, helping sales teams prioritize opportunities effectively. The model can be retrained anytime to get the most accurate predictions using recent transaction data.

Prerequisites

• An IFS.ai subscription is required.
• The machine learning model (ML_BUSINESS_OPP_CLOSE_STAT) must be trained and set active. This is done on the Machine Learning Models page.
• The Use Machine Learning (AI) for Business Opportunities setting in the CRM/SRM Default Values page should be enabled.
• A business opportunity must be entered and saved.
