This activity allows you to update the existing header account-based connection of a business activity by using the Change Account command. With this command, you can choose which contacts and related accounts to retain when updating or changing the header account for the business activity record associated with those contacts and accounts.
You can keep the toggle for Add the Original Account as a Related Account enabled if you choose to add the previous header account as a related account for the activity. By clicking OK on the confirmation message in the Change Account dialog, you will change the connection from the previous account to the new account, along with all the selected contacts and related account records.
