This activity allows users to view Resources and Bucket Resources associated with a Service Contractor. These resources help track capacity when assigning or scheduling work tasks. Users can also view Skills, Regions, and Resource Rules as nested tabs under Resources.
The Resources are listed in the Resource tab. They are managed through Resource Management, meaning adding, deleting, or modifying resources cannot be done from the Service Contractor page. To navigate to Resource Details, select the relevant Resource line and click on Details. Users can apply filters to refine the resource list based on specific criteria. The user can access resource capacity, skills, regions, shifts, and resource rules by navigating to the relevant Resource Details page.
Resources must exist in the Resource Management/Resource/Resource Details.
