Use this activity to select a Contractor Type to categorize Service Contractors based on predefined types and automatically associate an Onboarding Template.
When a contractor type is selected, the system checks if an existing Default Onboarding Template is linked to that type and, if found, sets it as the Onboarding Template ID. Users can edit or select a different contractor type or Onboarding Template if required.
A Contractor Type must exist.
As a result of this activity, a Contractor Type is added to the Service Contractor.
