Use this activity to add a Cost Rule to control what cost types and purchase groups are included in fixed prices. Each rule includes a Rule ID, Description and Cost Rule Lines. Cost Rules can be applied to Agreement Lines, Service Catalog items and Service Contractors. Any reported payment lines for cost types included in fixed prices, will get Invoice % set to 0, whereas the fixed price line will have an Invoice % of 100.
