Selection of Employee, Salary Setting Manager and Approval Configuration
Explanation
When there is a modification in assignment or a transition between organizations,
this process will occur. When the Update Employee Movements Assistant is triggered
from either the Single Employment Assistant or the Group Employee Assistant,
the corresponding employees will be automatically populated in the Selected
Employees section. Alternatively, if the assistant is accessed through the navigator,
the employees will need to be manually selected.
The modification can be applied to all active Salary Review Plans (excluding
states; Obsolete and Salaries Updated), or alternatively, the user can opt to
apply it to a specific selected Salary Review plan.
Employees can be chosen using the following methods:
- Manually selecting employees from the provided list.
- Utilizing a specified date, the application will examine whether there
are any disparities between the Salary Review and Organization Assignments
(in the Employee file). If differences exist, the employees associated with
these differences will be loaded.
- Loading all employees affiliated with a chosen Salary Setting Manager/Organization.
Upon selecting an employee, the user will be required to specify the New
Salary Setting Manager and Salary Review Approval Configuration details.
- New Salary Setting Manager: This list will encompass the Responsible
Person for the corresponding Organizational unit, along with all supervisors
who possess access to the employee.
- Salary Review Approval Configuration: This will load the respective
configuration linked to the chosen Salary Setting Manager, as previously
utilized within the same Salary Review. In case the Salary Setting Manager
is a newly assigned individual, the user will have the option to select.
Prerequisites
- Employee should be included in an active Salary Review
- New Salary Setting Manager should be included as the responsible person
for the organization or should have access to the employee
- Salary Review Approval Configuration should be defined
