Select New Salary Setting Manager
Explanation
This step is optional. It becomes visible when the chosen employee holds
the role of a Salary Setting Manager. In this step, the user is required to
indicate the replacement for the current Salary Setting Manager. As a result,
all employees currently under the purview of the Current Salary Setting Manager
will be reassigned to the newly designated Salary Setting Manager.
Prerequisites
- Employee should be included in an active Salary Review
- New Salary Setting Manager should be included as the responsible person
for the organization or should have access to the employee
- Salary Review Approval Configuration should be defined
System Effects
- New Salary Setting Manager will be selected to replace the existing
Salary Setting Manager
