During the salary review planning process when Proposing Increments to employees, The HCM Professional can set a Minimum Increment to one or more employees.
When a minimum Increment is set, the amount mentioned as the minimum increment becomes the least amount the respective employee can get as an increment. When performing the salary review the reviewing manager will not be able to propose a lesser increment than what is set as the minimum increment value.
This activity can happen at the employee list or at the Organization Unit list in the salary plan.
You can always remove a minimum increment by selecting an employee and clicking the button "Remove Minimum Increment"
