Redistribute Budget
Explanation
This activity is used to Redistribute Budget in the Root Level page of
Salary Review Plan. The new salary budget can be redistributed using 3
Budget Redistribution Types:
- Total Budget - Change the toal budget for the review is period. Total Budget =
Salary Increment + Current Salary.
- Increment Percentage or Amount - Enter either the new Increment
percentage from which the salary should be increased or the new Salary
Increment Amount. When either is entered the other field will be filled.
- Equal Increment Amount for All Employees - Enter the new equal increment
amount / flat increment amount that should be circulated among all the
employees.
When the budget is redistributed the Proposed Increment Amount, Proposed
Increment Percentage and New Salary Budget will be updated. Susequently the
Employee List relevant fields will also get updated for the employees with a
Current Salary (whose current salary is greater than 0).
Prerequisites
- A Salary Review Plan should be created.
System Effects
- The current salary review amounts will get updated.
- Employee salary fields will get updated.
