Enter Budget Distribution Presentation Details
Explanation
This activity is used to define the Budget Distribution Presentation.
Budget distribution presentation is required to generate the salary review
tree structure. There are 2 methods:
- Selecting the Organization Level Name (based on the Organization
Structure) - This option can be used if 'Distribute Budget on
Organization Levels' toggle is switched on.
- Entering the Number of Organization Levels - This option can be used
if 'Distribute Budget on Organization Levels' toggle is switched off.
Salary review tree structure is created upto the Organization Level Name
/ Organization Level No entered. If there are organization levels below the
selected last node all employees of these nodes will be shown in the last
generated node.
Prerequisites
- Group Salary Review Plan basic details should be entered.
System Effects
- Salary Review Plan tree structure will be generated based on the
input provided in this activity.
