This activity is used to create an Exclude List Criteria Template Header. An Exclude List Criteria is used to generate the preview of employees who can be excluded from a salary review using the criteria defined in the template. By default when an exclude list criteria is defined it is saved as an 'Active' template, if needed the status can be changed to 'Blocked'. Only Active templates/lists are shown in the Salary Review Plan and Group Salary Planning pages for selection.
'Last Updated' field is automatically updated when changes are done to any of the Company and Criteria tabs and lists within the Exclude List. It will not get updated if any changes are done to the fields inside the header. An Exclude List can always be duplicated using the duplicate functionality available for the list, in order to duplicate the template give a unique ID and proceed.
