Add Employee Selection Templates

Explanation

This activity is used to assign Employee Selection Templates for the required companies as a criteria to exclude employees. 'Selection Template' tab is enabled if the Selection Template option is enabled through the Exclude Criteria tab. Once the Company is selected the Selection Templates defined for the company are listed for selection. Only the selection templates of the companies assigned to the current Exclude List Criteria template can be selected for usage. Once a selection template is selected the criteria defined in the selection template will also be considered when generating the preview of the employees to be excluded.

Prerequisites

• Exclude List Criteria header should be created.
• Companies should be created.
• Companies should be assigned to the Exclude List Criteria.
• Selection Templates should be defined and criteria set.

System Effects

• Once saved a Selection Template from the relevant company would be recorded as an exclude criteria.
