View Late Certifications (B2B)
Explanation
This activity can be used by a business-to-business (B2B) supplier
(contractor) at any time during the process. In the subcontract, there can
be an agreement about how many days the contract owner has before they need
to respond with a certification. If that date has passed and the application
has not yet been certified by the contract owner, the contractor will
receive a notification that the certification is late.
Prerequisites
- The B2B-status in the sub contract valuation should be in status
Submitted.
- The status in the sub contract valuation should be Planned,
Application Received or Certification In Progress.
- The Certificate Due Date should have passed.
System Effects
- In the contractor lobby, the counter for late certifications will
increase by one.
- When the contractor press the link, the application will open, and
the Certification Due Date will be highlighted so that
the contractor can easily see when the application should have been
certified.
