This widget is designed to streamline the management of Maintenance Change Requests (MCRs). It allows reliability engineers, asset managers, or personnel with similar responsibilities to view all pending MCRs awaiting approval directly from the homepage, eliminating the need for manual searches or identification of urgent requests.
The widget displays a clear and organized list of MCRs requiring review and approval. Key information includes the Maintenance CR No, CR Description, Priority, Progress, Created By, and the date and time of creation. To facilitate prioritization, the widget uses a color-coded system: Red for high priority, Orange for medium, and Green for low priority. MCRs are automatically sorted with high-priority requests at the top, ensuring the most urgent requests are addressed first. A search bar at the top of the widget allows for quick searches of specific MCRs by their CR No or CR Description.
When an MCR needs further review, clicking the arrow icon next to it opens a detailed view, showing all relevant information. The top section of the second view displays request action details, followed by detailed information on associated Work Task and FMECA. When an MCR action is in Preliminary status, it can be changed to Analyzed by selecting the Analyzed command. After reviewing and analyzing the data, MCR actions in Analyzed status can be updated to either Approve or Reject by selecting the Accept Request or Decline Request commands, respectively. Clicking the Maintenance Change Request command navigates to the full Maintenance Change Request page for further details.
