Initialize Data Import

Explanation

This activity is used to initiate the data import process.

Clicking the Import Data button in the Target Entities section opens the Import Data assistant, which provides an overview of the data that will be imported.

Before proceeding, users have the option to return to the Model Configuration page to make any necessary changes. Once satisfied, users can click Initialize Data Import to begin the process.

Prerequisites

• Model file must be mapped.

System Effects

• A background job changes the status of the data import in the Target Entities section between Data Import Successful, Data Import Failed or Data Import Partial.
