Create Anomaly Configuration
Explanation
This activity is used to configure how anomalies should be detected based on the Object Type, Item Class, and
Process Class combination. It also allows you to define the schedule for detecting anomalies and set rules based on
parameter thresholds.
- Define Detection Schedule
- Specify how frequently the system should check for anomalies.
- Choose a periodic schedule, such as every 30 minutes or every minute, depending on system requirements.
- Set Anomaly Detection Rules
- Define thresholds for different parameters to determine anomaly severity.
- Example:
- If temperature exceeds 80°C, classify it as a high anomaly.
- If temperature drops below 40°C, classify it as a low anomaly.
- Apply Configurations to Sites
- Navigate to the Applicable Asset Structure Configuration tab.
- Select the Asset Structure Configurations where the configured anomaly detection rules should be
applied.
Prerequisites
An asset structure must be configured with selected objects.
System Effects
Anomaly detection configurations will be applied to the defined objects and parameters, enabling automatic
anomaly identification based on the specified thresholds.
