This activity is used to define how absence limits can be allocated to an employee based on the seniority of the employee and the employment type to which the employee belongs to.
Selecting the Absence Limit Definition/Limit Definition Details/Limit Value Settings can be set the values. Under the Details can be created a new Threshold record by entering the number of seniority years required to qualify an employee for absence limit accrual. The Accrue Period unit and Accrue Period Duration define how the limit will be divided. The entitlement can be entered in Yearly Entitlement.
In order to perform this activity seniority setups are required to be already defined in the Seniority Setup page.
