You can add a skill requirement to a task or fault either offline or online. The added skill indicates the skill required for the task and the number of hours required to complete the work. Any skills already displayed on the Task Skills or Fault Skills pages that you can navigate to from Task Details or Fault Details, are those that were added to the task or fault beforehand.
You can add skills by clicking Skills on the Task Details or Fault Details page, and then clicking Add Skill Requirement. You must select the skill to be added and optionally you can specify the number of hours that the skill is expected to take.
You can also modify the number of hours required for the skill, provided that the task has not been completed or fault has not been closed, by clicking Modify Hours on the Task Skills or Fault Skills pages.
To remove a skill that has been added, prior to task completion or fault closure, click Skills from the Task Details or Fault Details page, and then click Remove.
